About Amy
Yoga and Meditation have been a key part of Amy’s life, she discovered yoga in her teens and instantly felt relief, joy, and a way to navigate through intense emotions…
With almost 20 years of experience working in schools, colleges and businesses, an academic back ground in Developmental Psychology, and a consistent daily practice, she has a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to share. She has taught classes for the NHS, Harley Street, Triyoga, on retreats and schools, colleges and community centres for people from all walks of life, ages and abilities. Everyone and anyone can do Yoga & Meditate!
She is The Spiritual Well-being Lead at Avanti School in Frome, and teaches monthly Sound Meditations.
Alongside yoga, Amy incorporates sound work into her classes –vocal toning, gong meditation, breath work and mantra. She writes and sings as part of the sacred sound duo Earth and as a solo artist.
